at that point, will it even be worth it??
Even if you get this out on turn 4, via Everflowing Chalice, you're not going to begin activating it until turn 5.
If the power levels of Magic cards were determined by the art, this would be in the Power 9 somewhere, but unfortunately that isn't the world we live in.

If only you didn't have a mana cost in the activation, this might be cool for a control deck, but I'm just not sold on this one.
